Boswellic acid has anti-inflammatory activity in both acute and chronic forms of inflammation in the musculoskeletal system. This is because acetylsugual acid is an inhibitor of the 5-lipoxygenase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for the formation of leukotriene which affects inflammatory processes. In a few days, it increases the joy of movement, improving its fluidity. The specificity of the action of boswellic acid is similar to that of non-steroidal anti-rheumatic drugs.
MSM suppresses pain impulses along nerve fibers, has anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory effects. It has a significant effect in the regeneration of cartilage tissue in the joints.
